I take care of what UNI does, in correlation with how it does it, and therefore of all the company processes in a perspective of integration and systematisation, in order to guarantee daily operativeness.
In close liaison with the head of staff, I coordinate the line organisational units which – in a process logic – start from the conception of standards and reference practices, training courses and other UNI services, based on a constant stakeholder engagement activity, go through elaboration and dissemination, and aim at fostering knowledge and application of standards.
