I deal with how UNI does, what it is called upon to do – always better – to foster the organisation’s growth project.
In close liaison with the line manager, I coordinate the staff organisational units which – in a process logic – include people development as well as those of internal service units: administration; workplace management and health and safety; publishing and graphics; our digital transformation with information systems.
I work with management and different functions to foster sustainability policies and tools that help develop further economic, environmental and social value for our stakeholders.
