My task and that of my colleagues is the ‘care’ of the people of UNI. In addition to the purely administrative management of human capital – from the first to the last day of their working experience with us – we pay particular attention to the professional and cultural development of the people who live at UNI on a daily basis, with the organisation of training courses and other initiatives to this end.
